Transparency is a central part of our work. We want you to know where your coffee comes from – and we don't just mean the country of origin.

For us, this also includes information about the farm, the processing, the producer and the local background.

Through direct interaction with our partner farmers, we can share insights that go beyond traditional product information. This makes specialty coffee a tangible experience: coffee with character, origin, and history. We also regularly share knowledge, developments, and background information from the world of specialty coffee through our channels.

Sustainability as part of quality

Sustainability is not an add-on for us, but an essential part of specialty coffee. Coffee cultivation is under pressure worldwide – due to extreme weather events, droughts, and changing rainfall patterns.

This makes sustainable cultivation methods that protect natural resources all the more important.

That's why we focus on coffees cultivated in harmony with nature and according to organic farming standards. Organic methods promote soil regeneration – and they also have a positive impact on coffee quality. But for us, sustainability doesn't end on the farm: We also continuously review and improve our processes in the roastery.

In our roastery, we rely on traditional, gentle drum roasting. This allows the specific aromas and nuances of each bean to fully develop. Our goal is not simply "good coffee," but a precise, expressive taste experience that reveals the unique characteristics of its origin.
